HOW TO ORDER

The website provides information about the products and services offered. To help us correctly process orders, please provide all the data requested and adhere to the terms of use as published when accessing the website.
Information from buyers will be incorporated into a database owned by Umanaq Sportswear SL and will be treated in accordance with our declared data confidentiality policy. Nevertheless, users who only register as buyers will not receive news, offers, or promotions unless express consent is given. Finally, there are pages in the online store accessible to users who have not started the process of ordering a product.
These users agree to be subject to the terms of use to the extent that the terms may be applicable. Before buying any product through the order form, buyers are asked to carefully read and explicitly accept these terms of use. To order one or more products from umanaq.com, please follow the steps in the purchasing process by providing the requested information, confirming the purchase of the products added to the basket, and making a payment order. When confirming the purchase of the products in the basket, buyers will be given all the information about the order (including shipping cost) and all the relevant contractual information. Buyers who purchase products on the website agree to pay at the moment the purchase is confirmed. Orders will not be processed until Umanaq Sportswear SL receives notification of payment. Once orders have been made, buyers will receive an email confirming the products purchased and prices, shipping costs, payment method, shipping address, and other contractual information. Orders will be recorded in the Umanaq Sportswear SL database for a period of time not exceeding the limits set by current legislation. Umanaq Sportswear SL may decide not to process incomplete or incorrect orders; orders whose confirmation of payment is not received within 48 hours; and orders for products that are unavailable. In such cases, Umanaq Sportswear SL will inform the buyer by email that the order has not been processed and specify the reasons. Refunds will be issued for orders made for unavailable products.

PRODUCT AND SHIPPING COST

Umanaq Sportswear SL reserves the right to decide which products are offered, and may add or remove products from the online shop at any time. The essential characteristics of each product are shown at umanaq.com. However, the images and colours of products offered may not accurately reflect reality due to the specific characteristics of the buyer’s browser or screen. The retail prices of products for sale on WWW.UMANAQ.COM always appear in euros (€) and include the corresponding VAT, except for countries that are not within the European Union.

The relevant and respective shipping costs are added to these prices. Umanaq offers free shipping costs in orders above 100 euros for all European Union countries. Express shipping costs will be communicated to the buyer before checkout and must be accepted by the buyer when confirming the purchase. Product prices may be updated at any time. Buyers must check the final selling price before confirming orders. In accordance with international law governing commerce, umanaq.com ships products from Barcelona (Spain) with an official invoice stating the exact total for the goods purchased in euros (€). Shipping rates may vary depending on promotions that umanaq.com may offer at a given time or changes in rates charged by shipping companies.

PAYMENT METHOD

Buyers purchasing products on the website agree to pay in full at the time their purchase is confirmed. Payment for products and shipping may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron and similar) or by PayPal.

Order information will always be encrypted through a secure server. Bank data from credit card transactions will be transmitted employing a secure protocol – and no third parties will have access to any information. Such data will only be used by Umanaq Sportswear SL to complete the purchase procedures, issue appropriate refunds for any returns, and warn and inform the authorities if possible fraud is detected by umanaq.com.

The purchase price of the products and shipping charges are debited from the current account of the user when orders are confirmed. Umanaq Sportswear SL will send the user an email confirmation of the purchase that includes an order number. This confirmation is valid as proof of purchase and is not an invoice.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

Umanaq Sportswear SL undertakes to deliver the goods in perfect condition to the address given on the order form. To facilitate deliveries, we recommend that buyers indicate an address where the order can be delivered during normal business hours. Umanaq Sportswear SL is not responsible for errors in delivery caused when the delivery address entered on the order form by the buyer is wrong, does not exist, or has been omitted. The legal maximum period for delivery is 30 days; however, deliveries will usually take place between 1 - 8 working days maximum after confirmation of the purchase order, depending on the chosen delivery method: standard or express. These transit times are estimated for main cities, not being considered the delays due to residential locations or outskirt areas.

The same applies to delays caused by national customs. Umanaq Sportswear SL is accountable for all shipping costs (incl. export/import tariffs and duties) in all orders for most countries, except for those which are to be covered by the customer due to local customs requirements.

In the event of delivery delays attributable to Umanaq Sportswear SL, the buyer may cancel the order according to the procedure described in ‘Returns’ in the same way as a defective delivery – but without incurring shipping costs. Instances will not be considered as late deliveries where the order has been made available to the buyer by the shipping company within the agreed time and the buyer was unable to receive the order for reasons attributable to the buyer.

Umanaq Sportswear SL is not responsible for any delays caused by national customs services, as well as additional costs originated at the national customs. Deliveries will be made with all export/import duties and taxes included, except for those countries where the national customs only accept the dispatch of goods covered by the buyer. In that case, Umanaq Sportswear SL will proceed to the return of the goods if the buyer does not cover the expenses demanded by the customs authorities. A refund will be made by Umanaq Sportswear SL within 14 days of return of the purchase order.

If at the time of delivery the buyer is absent, the shipping company will leave a note indicating how to arrange a new delivery. If after seven working days of attempted delivery, the delivery has not been arranged, the buyer must contact Umanaq Sportswear SL. If the buyer does not do so, then ten days after the first attempted delivery, the order will be returned to Umanaq Sportswear SL, and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated management costs. On delivery, the buyer must check the condition of the packaging and indicate on the delivery note from the shipping company any visible damage or irregularities. If subsequently, after examining the product, the buyer detects any breakage or damage caused during shipping, the buyer must inform Umanaq Sportswear SL by email as soon as possible so that a return can be processed.

RETURNS

UMANAQ offers free returns in all orders.

You can return items up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please follow these steps to return your item:

  1. Register your return here.
  2. Place the items in the original packaging. If the original outer box is not available, a similar sized box must be used.
  3. When the return label has been downloaded and printed, attach the return label on top of the original shipping label. (US and Canadian customers - don’t forget to print the commercial invoice attached in the return email as well).
  4. Identify what shipping carrier is stated on the shipping label and hand the return package in at your nearest service point of that shipping company or head to their webpage to book a pickup.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at office@umanaq.com.

EXCHANGES

UMANAQ offers free exchanges in all orders.

You can exchange items up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please follow these steps to return your item:

  2. Place the items in the original packaging. If the original outer box is not available, a similar sized box must be used.
