WHAT TO DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY

Please email our office@umanaq.com with your name, order number and an image of the garment. This will make it faster for our team to resolve your issue.

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING FOR A RETURN?

Returns are free. To return any item purchased at Umanaq simply follow the instructions established in the “returns” section on the UMANAQ website.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we have confirmed that the returned item/s are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you will receive email confirmation notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE REFUNDED AMOUNT IS INCORRECT?
